Aartsen aims to grow together, with the very best employees, products and partners – in every area. That is the idea we want to share with our new GROW campaign, which we launched at the end of last year. To achieve growth, having guts and the right mentality is crucial. Luckily, we have plenty of both at Aartsen.


As a company, we regularly make daring choices, by radically restructuring or expanding before doing so is strictly necessary, for instance. Or by starting the sale of products that have not yet achieved widespread popularity. Together with our colleagues and our partners, we sometimes make choices that we do not feel entirely comfortable with at first. But that just makes it more satisfying when something turns out to have been the correct decision. And if we occasionally make a wrong choice, it’s not that big a deal.
